Any chance of getting those gluten-free recipes? I have a friend who can't eat any wheat products, so I'd like to pass the recipes on to her.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of filming David H. Lawrence XVII who plays Eric Doyle, the Puppetmaster, on Heroes as he did a meet & greet and signed for fans at Wicked Faire in New Jersey. I've uploaded these videos to my YouTube channel (see link for this post) --you might enjoy watching these videos, since he is often funny as well as charming and he tells quite a few behind-the-scenes stories. It depends on whether or not your account is protected or not.
My account (@theentwife) is protected, so only those who have sent me a follow request that I have chosen to accept can see my tweets. If you have a public account, that anyone on the internet can read, then Zachary can see your tweets if he looksat his @ reply page, regardless of whether or not he is following you or you are following him. If yours is protected, then he can't see them unless he sends you a follow request and you accept it.
