I'm going camping too! Sort of. I'm going to lower Michigan for the holiday. Spending it with my baby sister and her husband. We're going to one of her friend's cabins which is by a lake on Friday. I might try jet skiing again. Saturday we are going tubing down some river. Sounds fun as long we bring lots of extra liquids....LOL!

The ribbons are a universal horse thing. The kicking ribbon is mostly to let other riders know that this horse has kicked at other horses in the past. It's also good for people to know. Although it's never a good idea to walk directly behind an animal. I've only ever had a horse step on my foot. That hurts but not as much as getting kicked does.

I love Sparks too. I haven't tried any of the new flavors yet. I never realized it was a Northern thing. It's definitely pretty popular in my area of the country.

I adore 'orangies'. Two of my cats are orangies. One of them was actually born in my bathroom and his mother was a calico as well. My cat's name is Troy, and it's a long story why. LOL! My cats like to steal hair ties and the circle piece of plastic from milk jugs. Cats are a neurotic species but that is what makes them so fun.

I had horses while I was growing up. I loved to watch them chase each other around the field. They are so beautiful when they are running as fast as they can and just running for the enjoyment of it.

Have fun at the wedding. My baby sister just celebrated her first wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago. I think weddings for family members are more fun than weddings of friends.

I saw this movie today. It's called "The Switch". The little boy in the movie, Thomas Robinson, is the same little boy that played Sylar's son in the ep "I am become death". He does really well in this new movie. Some of his dialogue is pretty tricky and he nails it. He's a little cutie. I wasn't impressed by Jennifer Aniston in this film but I thought Jason Bateman did a great job!
I also picked up HBO's version of "Angels in America" today from my local library. I started watching the first part ...

I too am glad that Tana is recovering. It's reassuring to find others that take the full responsibility of having a pet. I've gone through a lot with my youngest cat. Everyone at the vet know us by name. I hope things get better for Tana.
