Hey, everyone...
Haven't been on in a while (since May), due to our daughter's graduation from college, and moving her out of her apartment at school... It was a wonderful time...our son came in from DC on his Birthday, and spent some time with our daughter before her Commencement weekend, and then with us, before heading back... So proud of our daughter, who graduated with Highest Honors in Cinema Studies!
But...last night...very sad news... We came home to find our little puppy girl unresponsive. We took her to the Emergency vet, but they were unable ...
Love this! Especially the sketch in the middle... He is actually very adorable... :)
@IHAZA: Please, let me know if you're gonna do that! I *LOVE* NYC, and am always happy to take a trip there, especially if it means seeing Zach live, onstage! :D

She reeeeeeally loves what she is doing! I always encouraged her to do something she felt passionate about, and she loves makeup and special effects/prosthetics design... Her profs at college love her, because she is so passionate and fearless! If she doesn't know how to do something, she will research and give it a try! I really admire her for that... :D

Here is a link to the indie film my daughter worked on this year (the one with the severed head!). You can see the severed head in the 7 minute trailer. This was the first time she had ever done a head cast, and she taught herself, since there was no one at her college who had ever done anything like that. The guy she cast is a friend of the director's, who came from NYC to have it done, and paid for the materials. I think she did a pretty good job! :D
Haven't been on much lately... My lovely and talented daughter is getting ready to graduate from college this month, and my equally lovely and talented son is coming home (on his Birthday!) from DC for her graduation... I have been a bit (crazy!) busy, needless to say! :)
I just wanted to post this morning, because I have been missing you all so much...many of you on this community have really become friends, and I feel like I haven't "seen" you in far too long!
Also, I am saddened by the news of Heroes' cancellation... I can't ...
I will miss Heroes... :(
