M/A/E ZQC! Hope all of you on the US Eastern seaboard will be safe these next few days as Hurrican Earl prepares to hit. I'm far enough west into Virginia that we'll probably just get a little bit of rain but I know Kannbrown lives in Virginia Beach and I know there are other folks who live on the coast. It was a great show! Chris said that at the beginning he knew all of us there. So it had kind of a private party feel. Great fun! He played some wonderful new songs from an album he hopes to get out this winter.

Destiny Raven & I met up Monday in Colorado Springs to see Chris Dallman perform. Before we went over, Destiny was trying to help me learn how to do straight arm photos of myself. She's much more photogenic than I!

Hello all ZQC - so nice that Zach is nominated for the Scream Awards. I placed my vote! I've been so busy the last week that I'm not here much. I miss all of you. I am going to go camping again this weekend for Labor Day. Leaving Friday afternoon but will be coming back on Sunday to spend Labor Day at home. Can't believe summer is almost over! How is everyone else?

Just found out that me and my girls are going to NYC the weekend of Nov 19th!! It'll be my first time going to the actual city.
Any hints and tips on cheap-ish places to stay, things to see, etc? I really want to go to the Highline, and we've already planned B-Way and the Met.
